Panting For God

Senior Pastor Young Ho Hwang, concludes his series in the book of Psalms for this summer, preaching from Psalm 42. This beautiful prayer begins with a soul longing for God; a condition of extreme thirst. Why is your soul parched? Do you sense something deeply wrong? Do you long for God, do you miss him? Do you thirst for God, or for "things?" Mourning your spiritual condition and acknowledging the condition of your soul is a wise step. God's grace is real and everlasting through Jesus Christ. The more you know Him, the more you thirst for Him. May He lift up your downcast face, for God is the answer to a parched soul.
